In light of the recent developments with COVID-19, we wanted to let you in on the steps we are taking with the safety of our customers and employees in mind. We realize that this probably isn’t topping your list of concerns, but we do want to assure you that we’ve taken all the necessary steps to make sure we get your pieces to you, whenever you may need them.
Most importantly, our order fulfilment will continue as normal by our amazing warehouse team of two. We are taking every precaution to ensure all orders are processed with the highest level of safety and cleanliness whilst following government issued health guidelines. Whilst our studio does not currently have any processing delays, the postal service have advised us that they may have delays of up to 4-6 weeks as they navigate this influx of online ordering, in addition to their regular processing times. This is changing daily, and we will keep you updated as new information comes to light. Estimated delivery dates do not include shipping delays caused by the pandemic. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Health is of the utmost importance to us here at Blossom & Pear, as is the wellbeing of our incredible staff. To continue to support these hardworking individuals, we will be maintaining our online store operations as normal.
