Orders are processed and dispatched from our Sunshine Coast studio within:

• 3-6 business days for in-stock items
• 5-10 business days for personalised and embroidered items

Personalised pieces take a little longer, because each one is made to order. Once posted, Australian orders generally arrive in 2-8 business days and US orders in 6-11 business days. The rest of the world can take 10-20 days.

September - December are our busiest months, so we'd recommend ordering early if you need something for a particular date.

No — what you can see on this page is our full Christmas collection, and once a piece sells out it won't be restocked. We design our Christmas range in limited runs, so if something is on your list it's worth grabbing while your size is available.

Every personalised piece is made in our own studio on the Sunshine Coast — nothing is sent to a third party. Depending on the product, our team laser engraves timber and acrylic, embroiders knitwear and heat presses fabric, then checks each name and date by hand before it's packed.

Doing it in-house is how we keep the finish consistent across a bauble, a stocking and a knit romper. Names are engraved exactly as entered at checkout, so it's worth double checking your spelling before you order.

Personalised pieces are made specifically for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on them unless there's a fault or a mistake on our end. If something isn't right, email us at hello@blossomandpear.com with a photo and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Pre-order items haven't arrived in our studio yet. Each listing shows an estimated dispatch date, and that date is the one to go by. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order piece has arrived and is ready to go — so if you need the in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.
