Shipping Policy

Important Shipping Update - June 2026

Due to ongoing airspace disruptions in the Middle East, our shipping partner, Australia Post, has temporarily suspended services to affected destinations. As a result, deliveries to and from the region may experience delays. Some other international destinations, including parts of Europe, may also be impacted due to transit disruptions.

Services have been temporarily suspended to the following destinations until further notice:

Bahrain / Iraq / Israel / Jordan / Kuwait / Lebanon / Oman

If you are located in one of the above countries and have placed an order that has not yet shipped, we will be in touch with you directly to discuss your order.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you select the shipping country in the checkout page. Once your payment is confirmed and we have the items you have ordered in stock, the goods that you ordered will be dispatched within their stated processing time. An email or SMS will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched via the information you entered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Blossom and Pear are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customer at checkout.

If your order has been marked delivered, please contact the postal service it was delivered with to find out it's whereabouts. If they are unable to provide further information, we can attempt to reach out on your behalf. Please note this process can take 2-7 business days. All parcels are sent with a tracking number. Blossom and Pear are not responsible for items once they have been confirmed delivered by the tracking number.

If your order is returned to Blossom and Pear, it is the customers responsibility to pay the additional shipping expense. If your order is attempted delivery, and the shipping carrier is unable to contact you/you do not reply to their emails and messages, Blossom and Pear will not refund or replace these items. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and ensure you have provided all the correct contact details at checkout. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for replacement or refund by Blossom and Pear.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. These have been paid to the postal service and are not eligible for refund. If you receive a refund, the true cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund. Personalised items are not eligible for refund. Blossom & Pear may choose to replace these items at their discretion.

Please ensure you inspect your parcel upon it's arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the date your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we are unable to assist further.

What if my order contains a pre-order?

If your order contains an item on “pre-order”, your order will be held and shipped together when the pre-order stock is received.

If you are wanting other items in your order to arrive sooner, please place a separate order or alternatively contact our team to organise an additional shipping charge to dispatch your other items earlier.

All 'pre-order' items are clearly labelled with an estimated dispatch time frame, this is to give you a guide as to when we hope to ship your order. Please note that this is an estimate ONLY and while we do our best to ensure these estimates are met, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

How long will my order take?

Processing Times:

  • In-Stock Items: 1-3 business days
  • Custom Items: 2-4 business days
  • Embroidery Items: 2-4 business days
  • PRE-ORDER ITEMS - entire order will be shipped when pre order items arrive. Please check listing for estimated dispatch date.

Pre-Order Items:

All pre-order items are clearly labelled with an estimated dispatch timeframe to give you an indication of when we expect your order to ship. Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. While we always do our best to meet them, dispatch dates cannot be guaranteed.

If your order includes a “pre-order” item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order stock has arrived. If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order. 

Shipping Times:

Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time -

  • Australia - Estimated 2 - 8 Business Days (after processing time)
  • USA (Standard Post) - Estimated 6 - 11 Business Days (after processing time)
  • Rest of the World - Estimated 10 - 20 Business Days (after processing time)

If you require it by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Blossom & Pear will endeavour to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors, for example, holidays, postal delays and customs clearance. In the case of packages lost or delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product to you in a timely manner.

Blossom & Pear are unable to provide further assistance in regards to shipping once it has left our warehouse. We provide all orders with tracking numbers, which will update once your item has reached it's destination country. For the most up-to-date information, please check your tracking link.

Buyers outside Australia – Import duties & taxes

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia. For all customers outside of Australia, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges once they arrive in your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped to the USA are the exception, as duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP) at checkout, meaning no additional customs charges will be payable on delivery.

As customs charges vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about any fees that may apply to your order.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, Blossom & Pear is unable to provide a refund on shipping charges.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout.
