How long will my order take?
Processing Times:
- In-Stock Items: 1-3 business days
- Custom Items: 2-4 business days
- Embroidery Items: 2-4 business days
- PRE-ORDER ITEMS - entire order will be shipped when pre order items arrive. Please check listing for estimated dispatch date.
Are there any current international shipping delays?
Due to ongoing airspace disruptions in the Middle East, our shipping partner, Australia Post, has temporarily suspended services to affected destinations. As a result, deliveries to the region may experience delays. Some other international destinations, including parts of Europe, may also be impacted due to transit disruptions.
Services have been temporarily suspended to the following destinations until further notice:
Bahrain / Iraq / Israel / Jordan / Kuwait / Lebanon / Oman / Saudi Arabia
If you are located in one of the above countries and have placed an order that has not yet shipped, we will be in touch with you directly to discuss your order.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Pre-Order Items:
All pre-order items are clearly labelled with an estimated dispatch timeframe to give you an indication of when we expect your order to ship. Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. While we always do our best to meet them, dispatch dates cannot be guaranteed.
If your order includes a “pre-order” item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order stock has arrived.
If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order. Alternatively, you’re welcome to contact our team to arrange an additional shipping payment to have the available items dispatched earlier.
Shipping Times:
Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time -
- Australia - Estimated 2 - 8 Business Days (after processing time)
- USA (Standard Shipping) - Estimated 6 - 11 Business Days (after processing time)
- Rest of the World - Estimated 10 - 20 Business Days (after processing time)
If you require it by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We will endeavour to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors out of our control, for example, postal delays and customs clearance.
Please note: A business day is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. AEST local time and excludes weekends and public holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping for customers in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the US on orders over $150. No code needed, discount applied automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay import duties & taxes on my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia. For all customers outside of Australia, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges once they arrive in your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped to the USA are the exception, as duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP) at checkout, meaning no additional customs charges will be payable on delivery.
As customs charges vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about any fees that may apply to your order.
If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, Blossom & Pear is unable to provide a refund on shipping charges.
What if my discount code is not working?
All discount codes have a minimum spend of $20 AUD. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be used on gift bundles or sale items.
Why does the currency change on my order receipt?
Our store is set up in Australian Dollars, therefore we process all orders in that currency. Our order receipt will show you the price in Australian Dollars for our tax purposes. You were charged correctly in your local currency that was displayed to you at checkout. You can also check the amount charged via your credit card order confirmation which will show the amount charged in your currency.
Can you customise or personalise the milestone collections?
Unfortunately we are unable to personalise or add any custom milestones to our collections. Please see the item description for a list of all the included cards.
Where will my order be posted from?
We are based in Queensland, Australia. All orders will be posted from this studio.
Do you offer social media collaborations?
We appreciate all of the interest we receive in this area, however we do receive a very high volume of emails with collaboration requests, and we simply cannot reply to everyone.
