Our beautiful 'Mama' crafted ceramic mug is the perfect gift for that special person in your life. Each mug has an ivory and speckled glaze, and is lovingly engraved with 'Mama' on the front and a beautiful quote on the back.
Each mug holds approximately 375ml of liquid when filled, and is approximately 9cm/3.5” tall & wide.
Please note our mugs are made from natural elements in small batches, making each mug special and unique. The particular look/speckle of each mug will vary mug to mug.
Our mug is double sided:
Side 1: Mama
Side 2: You may only hold our hands for a short while but you will hold our hearts forever
Care Instructions
To keep your ceramic mug in the best condition, it's always a good idea to rinse shortly after use to help prevent staining, particularly from tea and coffee. Washing by hand is the gentlest way to treat your piece however they are dishwasher safe and microwave safe.

- Embroidered items: 2–4 business days
Express shipping speeds up delivery, not processing.

- Australia: 2–8 business days
- United States: 6–11 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and whether you choose standard or express.

Pre-order dates are estimates. Pre-order items ship with your whole order once stock arrives. If you'd like your in-stock pieces sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Why Pre-Order?
As a small business, we don’t carry large amounts of stock in every style and size. Pre-orders allow us to create exactly what’s needed - so everyone gets their perfect match, and nothing goes to waste. Due to this, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes or additions once your order has been placed.
This includes:
- Changing sizes or design
- Adding additional items to your order
- Removing items from your order
- Cancelling your order due to change of mind

Estimated Dispatch & Delivery
Christmas Pyjama pre-orders are expected to dispatch from the End of October 2026.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only. While we work closely with our suppliers and freight partners to meet these dates, unexpected delays may occur due to manufacturing timelines, international shipping, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If there are any significant changes to the expected dispatch timeframe, we will keep customers updated.
Shipping of Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
If your order contains both in-stock items and Christmas Pyjama pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order.
