How To Personalise Your Christmas Keepsake Box
Enter your requested name or names in the personalisation field on the product listing.
Please carefully check all spelling and capitalisation before placing your order, as we do not provide design proofs before production.
As each box is personalised specifically for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or personalisation errors supplied by the customer. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Natural Wooden Finish
Each Christmas keepsake box is made from natural wood, meaning grain, colour and finish may vary slightly between pieces.
Natural characteristics such as knots, lighter or darker areas and variations in the wood grain make each box unique.
Minor variations in the timber and laser engraving are part of the character of the finished product.

Why Pre-Order?
As a small business, we donโt carry large amounts of stock in every style and size. Due to this, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes or additions once your order has been placed.
This includes:
- Changing sizes or design
- Adding additional items to your order
- Removing items from your order
- Cancelling your order due to change of mind
Please carefully check your selected sizes, colours and order details before completing your purchase.
Estimated Dispatch & Delivery
Christmas Pyjama pre-orders are expected to dispatch from the End of October 2026.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only. While we work closely with our suppliers and freight partners to meet these dates, unexpected delays may occur due to manufacturing timelines, international shipping, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If there are any significant changes to the expected dispatch timeframe, we will keep customers updated.
Shipping of Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
If your order contains both in-stock items and Christmas Pyjama pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order.
