Shipping Delays

By proceeding with your purchase, you are aware that COVID19 is causing lengthy shipping delays within all postal networks that are beyond our control.

You are acknowledging that Blossom & Pear are unable to provide further assistance in regards to shipping once it has left our warehouse. We provide all orders with tracking numbers, which will update once your item has reached it's destination country. For the most up-to-date information, please check your tracking link.

If you are located internationally, you are aware that there will be no updated scans on your tracking number for 4-6 weeks as it awaits processing through customs. Your item is still in transit, and this processing time is considered normal for the current global situation. Our current estimated delivery times are as follows:

Australia - Estimated 1-2 weeks after order processing time.

International - Estimated 6-8 weeks after order processing time.

Please note that these are estimates only, and can change without notice. Once your order has been shipped out of our warehouse, it is in the hands of the postal service until such time as it is delivered to you. We do not have control over any aspect of the postal service during these unprecedented times. They are processing orders as fast as they can, however medical and essential items are being prioritised.
